Apply advanced movement analysis, recovery technology, AI systems and performance science principles to patients and active individuals — not just elite athletes.
You’ll work alongside Professor Paul Lee and the Performance & Research Team across these technologies:

A structured development pathway with regular reviews and progressive responsibility through the year.



Work alongside the in-house team on real translational projects, with mentorship from Professor Paul Lee.
Help build prompt engineering, model evaluation and movement-analysis tools used in real clinical workflow.
Immerse in regenerative medicine, recovery science and applied rehab under clinical supervision.
Support abstract preparation, data analysis and scientific writing as live projects allow.
Platforms you’ll touch
Logistical details to ensure a smooth, compliant and professional placement experience.
A full driving licence and independent transport are essential — you’ll regularly move between our Grantham and Sleaford clinical locations.
Due to the patient-facing nature of this role, an Enhanced DBS check is required before your start date.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
